Data Deletion Instructions
Effective October 20, 2026
You can ask Lookvelle to access, correct or delete personal information that we handle. This includes relevant Instagram comment and reply records if our integration has processed your interaction. There is no self-service deletion control on this website.
How to make a request
- Email lookvelle@gmail.com with the subject “Lookvelle data request”.
- Tell us whether you want access, correction or deletion, and which Lookvelle interaction the request concerns.
- For an Instagram request, provide your Instagram username and, if known, a link to the relevant post or comment and an approximate date. For an email request, use the email address you previously contacted us from. Share only what is needed to help us locate the record.
Never send a password, login code, Instagram access token, government ID or payment details in your first message.
What happens next
We will review the request, may ask for proportionate verification, and search the records we control. We will explain the outcome and, where applicable, correct or delete the data. Some information may need to be retained for security, legal obligations or dispute resolution; provider backups may persist for a limited period under provider policies. This process does not delete information held independently by Meta or a retailer. For their records, contact those services directly.
