Lookvelle / Legal
Terms of Service
Effective October 20, 2026
Lookvelle offers fashion inspiration and links to products sold by independent retailers. By using this site, you agree to use it lawfully and respect the rights of others. Questions can be sent to lookvelle@gmail.com.
Editorial content
Our looks, descriptions and imagery are editorial material and may be AI-assisted. An image is an illustration of an outfit, not a guarantee that a linked item will look identical in person or remain available. Product details, fit, color and suitability should be checked with the retailer before purchase. We may correct, update or remove content without notice.
Shopping and affiliate links
Lookvelle is a discovery platform, not necessarily the seller of any linked item. A shop link takes you to a third-party retailer that sets its own prices, availability, shipping, returns, payment terms and privacy practices. Prices and inventory can change after we feature a product. Some links may earn Lookvelle a commission at no additional cost to you. Any purchase is completed with the retailer, not on Lookvelle.
Responsible use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape it in a way that burdens the service, or use its content to infringe another person’s rights. Brand, editorial and site content may not be republished commercially without permission. Product and retailer names remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and limits
We aim to keep information useful and the site available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every description, link or price is current. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lookvelle is not responsible for a retailer’s products, checkout, delivery, returns or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. We may update these terms; the effective date above identifies this version. Continued use after an update is subject to the then-current terms, where permitted by law.
